Figure 2 Schematic genome organization for members of the family Bromoviridae. RNAs 1, 2, and 3 can act as mRNAs. The 2b ORF is found in the genus Cucumovirus, and is expressed from an additional sgRNA that may or may not be encapsidated. The CP ORF is expressed from a sgRNA that is usually encapsidated (RNA4).
